Terms of Engagement

Each assignment that we take on is subject to a specific agreement.
Clearly the costs will vary in detail but the general principles are as follows:

Fees are calculated as a percentage of total remuneration package.

 

This fee is split into three equal parts:
        1. A retainer
        2. An interim fee
        3. A placement fee

Initial client briefing meetings and candidate presentations are included in our fees. Additional fees may apply for other client meetings and consultancy work.

 

Any additional expenses are agreed in advance.
