Each assignment that we take on is subject to a specific agreement.
Clearly the costs will vary in detail but the general principles are as follows:

Fees are calculated as a percentage of total remuneration package.

 

This fee is split into three parts:
        1. A retainer
        2. An interim fee
        3. A placement fee

Initial client briefing meetings and candidate presentations are included in our fees

 

Any additional expenses are agreed in advance

Consultancy

Advice on recruitment strategies; semuneration packages, candidate availability in given markets

Charged per diem

Expenses

Out of pocket expenses are charged as appropriate in agreement with the client
