Terms of Engagement

Each assignment that we take on is subject to a specific agreement.
Clearly the costs will vary in detail but the general principles are as follows:

• Fees are calculated as a percentage of total remuneration package.

• This fee is split into three equal parts:
        1. A retainer
        2. An interim fee
        3. A placement fee

• Initial client briefing meetings and candidate presentations are included in our fees. Additional fees may apply for other client meetings and consultancy work.

• Any additional expenses are agreed in advance.
